PURPOSE:To prevent a screw thread being contacted with cone paper and damaged at the fitting of a speaker frame to a panel or the like by forming a projection between speaker fitting holes and the cone paper on the speaker frame. CONSTITUTION:The speaker fitting hole 14 is formed at each corner part of the peripheral edge part 1a of the speaker frame 1 by cutting and bending the frame. A cut bending chip 15 to be a projection cut and bend from each corner part of the peripheral edge part 1a to form a speaker fitting hole 14 is formed on the speaker frame 1 so as to be located between the speaker fitting hole 14 and an edge material 2 fixed on the inner edge of the peripheral edge part 1a. In a compact and small-sized speaker in which the shape of the speaker frame 1 is smaller than the size of the cone paper 3, the speaker fitting hole 14 is formed close to the edge material 2 and the cone paper 3, but the screw 6 is not contacted with the edge material 2 or the cone paper 3 because the projection 15 formed between the speaker fitting hole 14 and the edge material 2 is acted as a stopper even if the screw 6 is disengaged from the speaker fitting hole 14 in error. |
