PURPOSE:The titled film having improved anti-fogging properties and damp preventing properties, preventing occurrence of fog in a house for agriculture for a long period, obtained by blending vinyl chloride resin with a nonionic surface active agent and an alkylbenzenesulfonate. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin is blended with >=0.5pt.wt., preferably <=3pts.wt. nonionic surface active agent, and 0.05-2pts.wt. alkylbenzene sulfonate. A nonionic surface active agent of sorbitan fatty acid ester is preferable as the nonionic surface active agent. An alkylbenzenesulfonate having 8-22C straight-chain alkyl and a salt of N, K, Ca, or B is preferable as the alkylbenzenesulfonate.
