<p>A rotary mower (11) preferably to the twin disc type is described, in which a pair of shafts (12, 13) rotate about spaced, parallel, vertical axes. A plurality of cutting members (15), preferably mounted on disc members (14), are provided on each shaft, the cutting members being arranged in spaced horizontal planes with the result that, in use, crops are cut into short lengths by the mower.</p> |
