PURPOSE:To manage centralizingly different kinds of data at a data bank by registering different in pass word depending on the kind of information. CONSTITUTION:For example, access levels are set in three stages as 0, 1, 2 and the information levels are set into three stages corresponding to the access levels. Since an inquiry personnel of, e.g., indentification number (A0342) is the level 2, data items 10-14 are accessed by inputting ABC as the pass word (1), but the coincidence between the individual mask check and the pass word (2) is required for the access of the item 12. Moreover, the data item 6 is accessible under the condition of the conicidence of the pass word (1) for personnel having the access level of <=1, but since the item 7 requires the individual mask check, it is accessible only the inquiry personnel of (B0001). |
