PURPOSE:To obtain a high stereo effect at the time of fade-in and fade-out by delaying the gain change starting point of any one channel out of two from that of the other channel. CONSTITUTION:A square pulse having pulse width T2 shown in the Fig. (d) is generated from a one-shot multivibrator 15 in accordance with a fade-in command signal at a time t1, and at a time t2 after the passage of a time T2, a trigger pulse shown in Fig. (f) is generated from a differential circuit 18. Consequently, the voltage level of an output terminal Q of an FF19 is inverted from the low level to the high level as shown in Fig. (j) and the output voltage of an integrated circuit 26 is increased from the low level as shown in Fig. (j), and after the passage of a time T3, reaches the high level. Therefore, the gain of a voltage control amplifier VCA1 is increased within the time T3from the time t1 as shown in Fig. (k) and the gain of a VCA2 is increased within the time T3 from the time t2 as shown in Fig. (l). If a fade-out command signal is generated at the time t3, the gain of the VCA1 is reduced within a time T3 from the time t4. |
