PURPOSE:To obtain a deisred energy necessary for a construction which receives a blowing wind, e.g., the energy for turning a rotary fan by the simple constitution, by generating a turning power due to a windmill onto a construction which receives the blowing wind by utilizing the blowing wind. CONSTITUTION:When a train advances in the direction of arrow (x), a blowing wind 8 flows in the direction of alternating dotted line, and after introduced into the suction port 12b of an introducing-side wind tunnel 12, the wind is converged and introduced into the blowing port 12a for a windmill 15 and revolves the windmill 15 in the direction of arrow (Y). The blowing wind 18 which revolves the windmill 15 is discharged outside an extraction-side wind passage 13 through an exhaust port 13a and a discharge port 13b. When the windmill 15 revolves, a revolution-energy conversion apparatus connected to a rotary shaft 16, e.g., a rotary fan 17 turns to stir the air in a sealing valve 11, and the partial temperature rise is prevented, and the heat is liberated outside the sealed box 11 through the outer cover of the sealed box 11. With the above-described constitution, a turning power by the windmill is generated onto a construction which receives the blowing wind by utilizing the blowing wind, and the energy for turning the rotary fan 17 for generating air stream can be generated. |
