PURPOSE:To increase efficiency of fitting work of a reel holding spring by prescribing maximum diameter of the basal part of a columnar projection, minimum diameter of the tip part and diameter of a through hole pierced in the support of the reel holding spring to specified relation. CONSTITUTION:A columnar projection 17 is tapered from the basal part 18 connected to inside of an upper half 2 toward the tip 19. That is, when maximum diameter of the basal part 18 of the columnar projection 17 is A, and minimum diameter of the tip 19 is B, the size relation is made to A>B. Accordingly, outer peripheral face of the columnar projection 17 forms slanted faces 20 connected along axial direction. For such a columnar projection 17, diameter C of the through hole 16 of the reel holding spring 12 is made smaller than maximum diameter A and larger than minimum diameter B, and a relation A>C>=B holds. In this case, periphery of opening of the through hole cuts into outer peripheral face of large diameter basal part of the columnar projection, and accordingly, shaking and tilting of the reel holding spring can be prevented, and efficiency of fitting work of the reel holding spring can be increased.
