PURPOSE:To obtain the same number of pulses despite an asymmetric waveform signal and regardless of polarity by adding the asymmetric waveform signal to the original asymmetric waveform signal after inversion and half-wave rectification and converting this asymmetric waveform signal into a pulse by a Schmitt trigger circuit after giving a level shift to said waveform signal. CONSTITUTION:An asymmetric waveform signal A delivered form an input signal amplifying circuit 1 is applied to an inverting circuit 2 and converted into an inverted signal B. This signal B is applied to a half-wave shaping circuit 3 to be converted into a half-wave control circuit C and applied to an adder circuit 4. The circuit 4 adds the signal C with the signal A applied directly from the circuit 1 to obtain a signal D. The signal A undergoes a level shift with the signal C so that the minimum value of the signal A is set at zero. Then the output signal D given from the circuit 4 is applied to a Schmitt trigger circuit 5 and converted into a pulse E. |
