PURPOSE:To flatten easily a product by executing a ramming press to a vertical warp bending in the longitudinal direction of a coil of a product brought to a press work from a coil-shaped thick plate, by using a warp bending reforming die in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:A bend in the longitudinal direction of a coil-shaped thick plate is reformed easily by a leveler, etc., but warp bending in the width direction is not uniform and its reformation is difficult. A product is flattened easily, and such a flaw as a conventional start dotting punch is not generated by ascertaining warp bending in the plate width direction of the product brought to a press work by reforming longitudinally the coil-shaped thick plate, inserting and holding it by a warp bending straightening die of an opposite die shape, and executing a ramming press. |
