PURPOSE:To prevent the metallic brilliant part of a workpiece from flawing on the half way of its process so as to improve its quality, by obtaining a device whereby the workpiece of almost L-shaped cross section such as a molding material or the like can be cut throughout in its several places under the condition as placing the workpiece left to be fixed. CONSTITUTION:After placing a workpiece A on a die 21 to be fixed, if a punch holder 10 is moved to be dropped by a cylinder or the like, the first punch 11 acts on a plane flange a1 of the workpiece A, cutting opening holes 1, left and right end part sides 2, 4 and an edge side part 6. After the work of this machining, if the first punch 11 reaches the bottom dead center, the second punch 22 and a die 23 are moved synchronously sliding and approximating to each other by the action of pressing cams 13, 14 into a hole 12 formed in the side face of the first punch 11. In this way, left and right end part sides 3, 5 in a side flange a2 of the workpiece A are cut, thus finishing all of the machining. |
