<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the desired micromanipulation of cells easily with high efficiency, by applying a voltage of polarity opposite to that of charged polarity of cells to a micromanipulation apparatus, and attracting electrically the cells to the tip of a needle. CONSTITUTION:For example, a current source 21 is connected across an electrically conductive needle 11 and an electrode 19 dipped in a culture fluid 18 having cells 17 to give the polarity of the needle 11 opposite to charged polarity of the cells 17, and the cells 17 are attracted to the tip of the needle 11 and adhered in a micromanipulator. The desired treatment is carried out in this state.</p> |
