PURPOSE:To improve reliability and to implement compact configuration, a low price, and high efficiency, by enclosing all of a stabilized resistor and a switching power supply into an oil tank, which forcibly circulates oil and forcibly performs air cooling. CONSTITUTION:A stabilized resistor 4 and an MOS type field effect transistor 6, a step-up transformer 7, and a rectifier element 8 in a power source part 5 are enclosed in the same oil tank 12, which forcibly circulate oil and forcibly performs air cooling. Thus forced wind cooling becomes unnecessary. The reliability of the power source part 5 is not deteriorated because of the sucking of surrounding dust and humidity. The device can be used in any adverse environment. Since the cooling by the oil, which is forcibly circulated and cooled by air, is adopted, cooling efficiency is improved, insulating effect is enhanced, high density mounting in the power source part 5 is made possible, and compact configuration is implemented. |
