PURPOSE:To enhance the responsiveness of a linear pulse motor and to reduce the number of steps and a material cost by molding a bearing and a bearing periphery with resin, insert molding together with a pole core, or insert molding together with a shaft. CONSTITUTION:Toothed cores 6a, 6b are formed by punching steel plates. The cores are insert molded in the shape that the relative position between the scale toothed portion and a slider core toothed portion of both sides are opposed at the displacement of 1/4 pitch at the center as a boundary along the moving direction of a slider, and nonmagnetic portion 7 between the cores 6a, 6b, and a bearing 8 and a bearing periphery 8b are molded with resin. A permanent magnet 9 is attracted to the back surfaces of the cores 6a, 6b, and a magnetic path iron plate 10 is attracted to the magnet 9. Exciting windings are wound on the toothed portions or the cores 6a, 6b. |
