PURPOSE:To carry out the coupling operation of workpiece while an arched building 12 is moved, by arranging the arched building slidably on guide rails parallel to the coupling section of the work pieces. CONSTITUTION:An arched building 12 composed of an angle member 10 carrying a screw fastener and a vertical frame, is movably supported by pairs of wheels of frames F which grip rails. A position adjusting mechanism 13 for the screw fastener is attached to the angle member 10, and therefore, when a handle shaft 15 is rotated, a first slide plate 23 is slid longitudinally of the member 10 due to the meshing between a small diameter gear 20 and a rack 21, through gears 17, 18. Further, a second slide plate 29 is slidably fitted in a guide groove 28 in the top surface of the slide plate 23, and when a screw shaft 34 is rotated, a bracket 36 and the slide plate 29 are slide by a slight amount in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the member 10, therey the screw fastener attached on the slide plate may be positioned.
