Each panel has an external hollow reinforcement with a thin wall steel sheet base. A fluid anhydrite is placed in the reinforcement to act as a hardening infill. Steel resistant to weathering is used for the external reinforcement and a rough protection layer is allowed to form on its internal face due to the oxydation by weathering corrosion to act as a connection between the reinforcement and the anhydrite. The external face of the reinforcement is coated with a protective layer.
