<p>PURPOSE:To perform automobile assembling controls in such a way that identification of label marks is done with use of photoelectric elements, and indication of respective process is done with their identifying signals. CONSTITUTION:A label posting device 30 which pastes labels with symbol marks representing the determined information is installed on the upstream side of a floor main line 1. On the other hand, part supplying devices 50, 70, 90 which automatically select and carry the related assembling parts after automatically reading informations on the labels are installed on a floor main line 1, both main line 2, and metal line 4 respectively. Besides, a point device 100 to read the label informations and to select the line according to vehicle types is installed between the floor main line 1 and the body main line 2, and an automatic hallmarking device 110 to read the label information and to hallmark the body number is installed between the body main line 2 and a special working line 3. Further, a special working indicating device 130 to read the label information and to announce it is installed also on the line 3.</p> |
