PURPOSE:To efficiently stack containers on a hatch cover, by providing container support frames which hold container guide rails and are coupled by parallel links to a pair of pillars on a deck at both the sides of a hatch so that the frames can be protruded and retracted. CONSTITUTION:A pair of pillars 3 are erected on a deck 1 at both the sides of a hatch 2. Container support frames 4 are borne with parallel links 5 on the facing sides of the pillars 3. Container guide rails 6 and entry guides 7 are provided on the container support frames 4 to hold and guide containers 9 when they are stacked. When the frames 4 are not in use, they are folded and put away from the hatch 2 not to hinder cargo work through the hatch. To stack the containers 9 on the hatch 2, the frames 4 are protruded over the hatch 2. The containers can thus be efficiently stacked.
