PURPOSE:To secure a sufficient tightening force and improve the sealing performance by fixing a damper shaft and a grand packing and using non-metallic bellows as a seal member. CONSTITUTION:A grand packing 8 is fitted inside a packing case 5 and is tightened by a packing presser 6, and it seals the inner fluid. When the damper shaft 2 is rotated, the inner fluid is sealed with the contact surface between the grand packing 8 and damper shaft 2, the contact surface between the grand packing 8 and packing case 5, the contact surface between non-metallic bellows 9 and the packing case 5, the contact surface between the non-metallic bellows 9 and a fitting flange 7. All portions sealing the inner fluid are a fixed seal, and sufficient tightening is feasible, thus a complete seal can be performed. |
