PURPOSE:To improve the magnetic bubble transfer characteristics of a minor loop by making the leg length of a pattern in the magnetic bubble transfer entrance side of a deformed asymmetrical chevron pattern longer than that of a pattern in the exit side and inclining a transfer path in the entrance side in the same direction as a transfer path in the exit side. CONSTITUTION:A leg length l1 of an entrance-side pattern 7a' of a deformed asymmetrical chevron pattern 7' in the magnetic buffer transfer entrance side is made longer than a leg length l2 of an exit-side pattern 7b' to incline an entrance-side oblique transfer path 5' in the same direction as an exit-side oblique transfer path 6'. By this constitution, magnetic bubbles are transferred more easily because an attracting magnetic pole formed in the magnetic bubble transfer entrance-side pattern 7b' is increased when magnetic bubbles are transferred from the pattern 7b' to the pattern 7a' through a gap (g), and consequently, the magnetic bubble transfer characteristics is improved. |
