The invention refers to a bearing (4) divisible in two bearing-halves (5, 6) that is designed to surround a rotating bearing (4) mounted axle or similar. On at least one of the division surfaces (13) the bearing-halves (5, 6) are shaped with surfaces directed toward each other (14-17). With the intention of eliminating the previous need for precision worked bolts and holes and/or guide pins for fixing the bearing-halves (5,6) to each other, the invention is characterized by at least one surface (14-17) on each bearing half (5,6) being shaped with a number of curved teeth (18, 27) and depressions (19, 28) that fit into a corresponding depression on the opposing bearing half (5, 6), thereby fixing the bearing-halves (5, 6) to each other, after which the bolt-halves (5,6) are fixed to each other in an established method using a number of bolts (9) or similar.<IMAGE> |
