PURPOSE:To make electromagnetic conversion characteristics and the running capacity as well as the durability compatible with each other even in severe environments by allowing the center position of a projecting part of a thin film layer, which is formed with a shape giving material on a substrate, not to coincide with the center position of the shape giving material. CONSTITUTION:Projecting parts 7 are formed on a thin film layer 6 including a magnetic layer by shape giving materials 5 arranged on a substrate 4, and center positions 7a of projecting parts 7 on the thin film layer 6 are allowed not to coincide with center positions 5a of shape giving materials 5. As materials of the substrate 4, plastics, a metal, an oxide, a nitride, or the like is selected properly. Shape giving materials 5 consist of only nucleuses consisting of plastics, an oxide, a nitride, a metal, or the like or consist of nucleuses and binder materials. The thin film layer 6 consists of a single or plural layers of a metal, an oxide, a nitride, or their mixture and includes a magnetic layer at least. Thus, electromagnetic conversion characteristics and the running capacity as well as the durability are compatible with each other even in severe environments such as 40 deg.C and 95%RH.
