摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to control ignition of an engine appropriately, by providing a means for holding the peak of voltage produced according to the terminal voltage of a cpacitor which is charged and discharged in response to a particular angle signal, and lowering the peak-hold voltage with increasing of the ignition timing advancing period. CONSTITUTION:A timing signal is produced from a signal generating circuit 2 in response to a particular angle signal that is produced from a signal generator 1 in synchronism with rotation of an engine. The timing signal is applied to a logical circuit 5 together with the particular angle signal, and a transistor 4 is turned ON to discharge a capacitor 3 during the period from the time when output of the timing signal is terminated to the time when output of the particular angle signal is terminated. In order to hold the peak of the terminal voltage of the capacitor 3, an operational amplifier 8, a switch 9 and a capacitor 10 are provided and the terminal voltage of the capacitor 10 is compared with a reference voltage by a comparator 13. With such an arrangement, the period for supplying current to an ignition coil 18 is determined by affording the above comparison signal, the output signal from an ignition timing advancing signal generator 14 and the particular angle signal being led to a logical circuit 15.
