PURPOSE:To absorb the variation in expansion and contraction of a bumper facia by forming a notch part, from the inner peripheral edge side, at least on the upper wall, at a corner connecting the bumper main part with a bumper side, of a bumper facia. CONSTITUTION:A notch part 11 is formed on each upper and lower wall 2a, at a corner part C connecting a bumper main part 3 to a bumper side 4, of a bumper facia 2, from the inner peripheral edge side. The both side opening end parts 11a, 11b of this notch part 11 are fixed with bolts and nuts to the upper and lower faces of the extending part 5a of a bumper armature. These notch part 11 and bolts and nuts 7 are covered by a body-side site shield projecting over the bumper, and are not exposed outwardly. |
