PURPOSE:To improve assembly work performance by forming the engaging holes for inserting the engaging legs which are formed onto the back side of a holding plate, onto a spring holding plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of engaging legs 6 which possess elasticity and projections 16a outside are installed in projecting form onto the back side of a holding plate 15 for holding a valve body 14. The engaging legs 16 are inserted and engaged with a spring holding plate 17 for holding a coil spring 18 between the holding plate 15, and engaging holes 17a formed. A fitting holding part 13 for fitting-holding the edge part of the spring holding plate 17 is installed into a body 11. A valve unit 20 is prepared by tentatively installing it onto the spring holding plate 17 by inserting the engaging legs 16 into the engaging holes 17a. The valve body, etc. can be set at the regular positions after fitting the unit into the body 11.
