PURPOSE:To transmit a stress due to a distortion from a piezo-electric element satisfactorily to a box body by detecting the electrostatic capacitance between the box body and the piezoelectric element to set the thickness of the adhesive for fastening the piezo-electric element on the box body. CONSTITUTION:As the thickness of an adhesive layer 9 increases, the electrostatic capacitance C2 thereof 9 reduces and since the capacitance C1 is constant between electrodes 7 of a piezoelectric element 8 the combined capacitance C reduces between an electrode 7A of the piezo-electric element 8 and the surface of a box body 2 as the thickness of the adhesive layer 9 decreases. Therefore, the thickness of the adhesive layer 9 can be detected by checking the value of the combined capacitance C and based on the information detected, treatments such as pressurizing and recoating are performed before an adhesive is hardened to control the thickness of a mask 12 properly. Thus, the piezo-electric element can be glued on the box body 2 of an inkjet head with an adhesive at an optimum thickness. |
