PURPOSE:To prevent a toner particle from scattering at the time of fixing, and to execute a flash fixing processing of a good quality by applying an electric field between a transparent electrode plate and an electrode plate for placing a carrying means between them. CONSTITUTION:A transparent electrode 10 is provided between a box type reflecting member 6 and a carrying means 9 of a flash fixing device, and an electrode 11 opposed to the electrode 10 is provided on the lower part of the means 9. Between these electrodes 10, 11 a necessary uniform electric field is impressed through a power source control device 12, an electric field effect is raised, and an unfixed toner on a copying form 8 is attracted uniformly onto the form 8. As a result, it is prevented that a toner particle scatters at the time of fixing, and fixing processing of a good quality can be executed. |
