PURPOSE:To enable automatic analysis of multiple terms of one sample with one device by controlling automatically change-over of plural liquid vessels for a moving phase and a means for adjusting the moving phase. CONSTITUTION:The moving phase of the sample from an injecting part 6 is introduced into a column 13 when a cock 5 is changed over. The moving phase is separated by the water from a vessel 1 and the saccharoid content thereof is measured by a device 18 for measuring UV absorbancy. The moving phase is then introduced into a column 14 when the cock 5 is changed over. The moving phase is adjusted by a gradient device 3 and alpha-amino acid is separated. Said acid is measured by the device 18. The cock 5 is further changed over by which the moving phase is introduced into a column 15 where the fatty acid in the sample is similarly separated and measured. The sequence of such operations is preliminarily programmed and is accomplished automatically by a control part 21. |
