PURPOSE:A foamable resin composition having good heat resistance, which contain polymers composed of specified acrylic monomers, and foaming agents. CONSTITUTION:A (co)polymer comprising 5-100wt% tricyclo [5,2,1,O<2>,<6>]-dec-8-yl (meth)acrylate and 95-0wt% another monomer [e.g. a styrenic or a (meth) acrylate monomer] is used. Thus, 100pts.wt. (co)polymer above mentioned is incorporated with about 1-20pts.wt. foaming agent, which is gaseous or liquid at ordinary temperatures and pressures (e.g. propane, cyclohexane or dichlorodifluoroethane).
