PURPOSE:To light up the flash lamp for laser oscillator by charging plural number of discharging capacities stably through one DC power ciruit subjected to phase control. CONSTITUTION:Capacities 25, 26 are charged to voltages Vcl' Vc2 through output of a DC power 10, and a controlling feedback voltage is detected through coils 30, 31. From subjecting detection voltage and reference voltage 37 to differential amplifications 34, 35 respectively to change resistance values of transistors 38, 39 in parallel connection, a phase of voltages working on the neutral point of a transformer 41 and on the node of capacity 42 at rectifier 40 side according to the series capacity 42. Conducting angles of SCR 15a, 15b are changed by the phase shift and voltages of the capacities 25, 26 are controlled. Where the capacity 25 discharges a lamp 23 connected to a coil 18 through switch element 28 and there occurs a voltage drop accordig to a current IL1, the differential amplifier 34 works to enlarge the conducting angles of SCR 15a, 15b and secondary voltage is generted on a transformer 14. According to this constitution, plural number of capacities are subjected to charging control independently, and one side is discharged simultaneously or in a time lag by switching control of the switch element, thus oscillating laser output steadily. |
