PURPOSE:To purge completely electrolyte to be replaced in an electrode vessel and to improve a reliability of analysis data by providing a changeover valve having six changeover flow passages in the electrode vessel. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 10 and a terminal electrolyte are stored in a terminal electrode vessel 9. A pump 24 blows wind by the actuation of a control part 25, the electrolyte is communicated with a purging air sending out passage 22 and a flow passage 11, and with a drain passage 21 and a flow passage 12 respectively by the actuation of a rotor 17 of a flow passage changeover valve 13. Next, if the pump 24 is changed over to a liquid sending operation, the passage 22 and a drain passage 23 are communication to the passage 12 and 11 respectively, the inside of the vessel 9 is washed while the replacing electrolyte is drained, and the electrolyte is filled therein. Further, if the passages 22, 23 are communicated with the passage 11 and a stopper 20 respectively and the pump 24 is functioned for liquid sending, the electrolyte is sent to an electrophoresis tube 15 from the inside of the vessel 9. |
