<p>PURPOSE:To perform display setting of process input-output signals independently of a computer by adding a display unit, a keyboard and a circuit controlling device to a process input-output device. CONSTITUTION:The process input-output device is connected to a computer through a data way 3. A process input-output card 4 stores temporarily inputted and outputted process signals and performs necessary processing. The input and output of signals between the process input-output card 4 and data way 3 are controlled by a data way controlling device 2. The circuit controlling device 24 controls the input and output of signals between the process input-output card 4 and a circuit 25 which is connected to other computer. A mode signal that designates the mode of operation of the process input-output device is inputted from the keyboard 27, and the process state is set. The display unit 26 displays the mode in which the process input-output device is operating at this point of time, and displays the state of process signals according to the mode.</p> |
