PURPOSE:To minimize damage even when one of plural microcomputers runs in disorder by constituting to reset a lower rank microcomputer when a microcomputer of high priority order is reset. CONSTITUTION:Immediately after power source of the device is made on, a reset signal is inputted to the RST' terminal of an MP1 by a circuit of a resistance R and a capacitor C, and the MP1 is reset. When the RST' terminal becomes L H, the MP1 is set, and program operation is executed. An MP2 is reset by initialization of the MP1, and ordinary program program processing is started. When no abnormality is detected in the MP2 while ordinary program processing is made by the MP1, the MP2 is set. If abnormality is detected in ordinary program of the MP2, the MP2 is reset, and the program is executed by the MP1. |
