PURPOSE:To widen the detection range of a detector and to reduce the size and weight by providing two stoppers between the 1st and the 2nd movable members which are movable along the linear sliding guide of a fixed part and between the fixed part and the 1st movable member respectively. CONSTITUTION:A fixed block 7 is provided under the fixed part 1, and a couple of reference guide parts 8 and 9 having V grooves opposite each other are fixed to the block. Then, the 1st movable member 10 is provided movably through plural balls 18 in the V grooves. Similarly, the 2nd movable member 13 is provided movably through the plural balls 19 in the V grooves of the reference guide parts 8 and 9, and the 1st and the 2nd movable parts 10 and 13 are energized by springs 12 and 15 to contact stoppers 11 and 14, thereby holding them at stable positions. This constitution widens the detection range and also reduces the size and weight.
