PURPOSE:To form a bulging part having no wrinkles without using especially a material having a good drawing property, by forming in advance a slit by a cutting edge provided on a fixed die and a movable die, when forming the bulging part on a metallic plate by means of drawing by using said each die. CONSTITUTION:A pair of cutting edges 21, 22 are fixed to a punch 9 being a drawing die part of a fixed die 1, and a comparatively deep recessed part 18 being a drawing die part of a die side corresponding to a punch 9 of a movable die 10. A metallic plate 19 is set onto a receiving base 4 of the die 1 as shown in the figure, and when the die 10 is made to descend, a holding base 13 of the die 10 holds and fixes the plate on the base 4. In this state, when the die 10 descends, compressing cushions 5, 15, the edges 21, 22 work together and a slit 23 is formed on a bulging part 20 forming part of the plate 19 so as to divide it vertically. Thereafter, when the die 10 further descends, a comparatively shallow recessed surface part 24 is drawn and formed on the plate 19, and also in this part, the punch 9 draws and forms a comparatively shallow bulging part 20 by working together with the recessed part 18. |
