POSITIONING CONTROLLER OF MACHINE TOOL

PURPOSE:To position a moving part with high accuracy by displaying a loop gain of a machine tool to a loop gain display device and also changing the loop gain by means of a gain coefficient setting device. CONSTITUTION:A deviation register 3 outputs a deviation between a command mobile amount of a pulse distributor 2 and an actual mobile amount of a mechanical moving part by a command from an NC machine 1 to a D/A converter 4 via a multiplying register 13 so as to drive motor 6 through a speed controller 5. The multiplaying register 13 multiplies the content of the deviation register 3 by a coefficient based on the coefficient decidedby a gain coefficient setting device 15. A return pulse sampling device 9 and a reference clock 10 calculate the mobile speed of the mechanical moving part and display it to a speed display device 12. Moreover, a deviation display device 11 displays the absolute value of the content of the deviation register 3 and also a loop gain display device 14 calculates the gain from the display value of both the display devices 11, 12 and displays it.
