PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed of a user program by selecting a task for time sharing processing of plural tasks based on an internal timer output and also generating interruption for task changeover during execution to a master CPU. CONSTITUTION:A multi-task control element 1 connected to the master CPU 1 is provided with register groups SPN, MIC or the like accessed from the master CPU and an interruption control circuit INTC as the interface circuit or the like. Moreover, a task control block TCB possible for handling the task priority, a timer TM generating an interruption signal for time sharing processing or the like and an internal operation control circuit CONT or the like are provided. Then the time sharing processing is set by generation of a signal of a timer TM and when the designation task in the circuit CONT and the priority with the task during execution are coincident, the master CPU processed the interruption of the designated task.
