The invention relates to a false-ceiling of the type comprising a latticed structure to which false-ceiling elements are fixed. The said latticed structure is made up of sections 4, 5 comprising at least one substantially vertical flange having an edge directed upwards, the said false-ceiling elements are formed of substantially vertical panels 6 provided, along their upper edge, with a rim, which elements are bent back substantially parallel to their plane in order to be fastened to the said substantially vertical flange of the sections, and interacting clipping members are provided on the said flange and on the said edge for fixing the panels to the sections. <IMAGE>
