PURPOSE:To store a normal data to a memory circuit even just after application of power by integrating a clock signal of a basic oscillator of a video camera or a signal frequency-divided the clock signal and generating a permission signal permitting data storage of a memory circuit after the integrated signal reaches a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A video camera 31 transmits a vertical scanning signal V1 shifting vertically a generated position of a horizontal scanning signal H1 to a frequency division circuit 35, an X counter 36 and a Y counter 37 and transmits an even number field signal FA to the frequency division circuit 35, the Y counter 37 and a microcomputer 46. An edge signal generating circuit 32 differentiates a video signal P, waveform-shapes it and converts it into a binary digital signal. Then it is outputted to a synchronism selection output circuit 33 as an edge signal E1 representing the profile of an object. On the other hand, a permission signal generating circuit 30 integrates the horizontal scanning signal H1 and when the integrated signal reaches a prescribed value, a permission signal U inverted from a high level to a low level is outputted to the frequency division circuit 35 and the microcomputer 46. |
