发明名称 PRODUCTION OF GRAIN ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET HAVING HIGH MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY AND LOW IRON LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a grain oriented silicon steel sheet having high magnetic flux density and low iron loss by coating Sn, As, etc. or the compd. thereof on the surface of a cold-rolled steel sheet consisting of an Al-contg. silicon steel then subjecting the steel sheet to decarburization and primary recrystallization annealing and finish annealing. CONSTITUTION:A dilute soln. or dilute suspension contg. >=1 kind among Sn, As, Pb, Sb, Bi, S, Se, Te or the compd. thereof is coated on the surface of a coldrolled steel sheet consisting of an Al-contg. silicon steel sheet to delineate and form a region for retarding decarburization and thereafter the steel sheet is subjected to decarburizaton and primary recrystallization annealing followed by finish annealing to control the secondary recrystallization texture thereby yielding the grain oriented silicon steel sheet having a high magnetic flux density and low iron loss. The areas for the regions where the above-mentioned dilute soln. or the like is coated and not coated are preferably arranged alternately apart at 1-50mm. space from each other. The compsn. contg. 2.0-4.0wt% Si, 0.01-0.065% sol. Al, 0.01-0.085% C, 0.003-0.1% S or Se, etc. is adequately used for the above-mentioned silicon steel sheet.
