PURPOSE:To facilitate replacement of recording paper, by a method wherein a recording paper containing part is turnably supported by an openable cover, and a means is provided for maintaining the containing part in the same pose even when the turning angle of the cover varies. CONSTITUTION:A support plate 12 is fixed on the inside of an openable cover 11, the rotary shaft 13 of a recording paper containing part 14 is turnably supported by tip parts of the plate 12, and the containing part 14 is fixed to the shaft 13. When the cover 11 is opened by turning it upward, the shaft 13 is moved upward with a shaft 10 as a center, and a driving pulley 16 is rotated as one body with the cover 11, whereby a driven pulley 17 is rotated the same angle but in the opposite direction through a belt 18. The containing part 14 is turned relatively to the cover 11 by the same angle with the turning angle of the cover 11 but in the opposite direction. |
