PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus which enables blow molding of a bent product with a shape of V, S character or the like accurately by such a simple construction as only mounting upper and lower parts of a pair of split dies on the upper and lower surfaces of one main part of the split dies respectively in such a manner as to free to oscillate. CONSTITUTION:First, mobile discs 4 and 4 are moved in the closing direction to join main parts 8 and 8 of split dies alone while the main section of honeycomb of a bending die is formed with the half surface 12 of the main section of honeycomb of the die and the cup 28 of an air sucker is made to abut on the bending die honeycomb main section to form an air current therein. Then, cylind rical synthetic resin parison P is extruded from an extrusion die 31 to be inserted into the die honeycomb main section on the air current. As soon as the lower end of parison P enters the cup 28, the parison extrusion is halted and the cup 28 is lowered. Thereafter, the upper parts 6 and the lower parts 7 of the split dies are joined respectively so that the upper part of the parison P is pinched and closed with the upper parts 6 of the split dies causing an air pin 32 to be grasped with the half surface of a blow-off port while the lower end of the parison P is done with the lower parts 7 of the split dies. Then, air is blown into the parison P from the air pin 32 to perform a blow molding as desired. |
