PURPOSE:To form easily a work having a stable quality by executing by one shot cutting of a vertical reed and bending of a horizontal reed to an object to be worked consisting of the horizontal reed having a mold part and the vertical reed. CONSTITUTION:A mold part 14 of an object to be worked is placed on a holding punch 19, an upper die 16 is made to descend, and the mold part 14 and a horizontal reed 12 are fixed by a knock-out 34. Subsequently, the outside part of the horizontal reed 12 is cut by an outside face 32 of a bending die 29 combined with a cutting punch and an inside face 26 of a cutting die 25. Also, the center part of the horizontal reed 12 is bent downward at a right angle by an inside face 30 of the punch 29 and an outside face 24 of a forming die 20 combined with a bending punch, the inside face of the punch 29 contacts by pressing to the horizontal reed 12, the punch 20 is pushed up and the horizontal reed 12 is bent downward to the root part of the mold part 14. Subsequently, the upper die 16 is made to ascend, and the horizontal reed 12 is bent and made to contact by pressing so as to go along the outside face and the lower face of the mold part 14 by a bottom face part 22 and an inside face 23 of a punch 22.
