The invention relates to a modular machine capable of being industrialised and making it possible to produce energy installations of 10 kW to 10 MW electric power installed, of the Thermal Marine Energy (TME) type with an open cycle, operating on land or at sea from hot and cold water sources at temperatures below 100 DEG C and of any quality.
