PURPOSE:To rest the adsorbtion of toner, to make the density of a solution in a toner tank uniform in regular density during the rest and to prevent the generation of uneven density by crossing a prescribed pattern by lines rectangular to the paper feeding direction of a printer in an electrostatic photographing method at proper intervals and inserting blank parts with proper width into the crossed parts to print out the pattern. CONSTITUTION:The final printing pattern is crossed by chain lines C and a pattern into which blank bands B are inserted is supposed and the formed pattern is inputted to a control device of the electrostatic photographing type printer. In the input operation, the code input of bar codes, the data of the length of a bar of one bar code and the data of an interval between the bar codes of one row and the succeeding row of bar codes are inputted through the key operation on a keyboard. If the width W of each blank band B is set to twice the label width L and the paper printed out like the shown pattern is bent like Z shape by folding the parts shown by dotted lines (a), (b) alternately in the reverse directions, the blank bands B are folded under the bar code parts, the upper and lower parts of the crossing lines of the original pattern are made adjacent to each other and the prescribed pattern is restored. The pattern restored by folding is photographed to form an original picture for photoengraving. |
