PURPOSE:To make flux application to a pole plate lug to be continuous for speeding up manufacture of a pole plate group while uniformly applying flux by turning rotary brushes partly dipped in the flux contained in a flux bath. CONSTITUTION:By turning rotary brushes 1, while turning a motor 7, the lower minute hairs 9 of the rotary brushes 1 dipped in flux 12 are moved upward, followed by dipping the minute hairs 9 in flux 12 by turns for holding a fixed amount of flux among the minute hairs 9 in form of being impregnated with said flux. Accordingly, by making the pole plate lugs 14 of the headstanding stack bodies 13 to pass through the upper minute hairs 9 of the turning rotary brushes 1, flux 12 can be uniformly applied continuously to the pole plate lugs 14. Thereby, the moving direction of the stack bodies 13 is desirably to be reversed to the turning direction of the rotary brushes 1. |
