PURPOSE:To provide a titled apparatus which is inexpensive and prevents surely the positional deviation of welded points by assembling tentatively upper and lower chord members and a lattice bar, moving the assembly on the table of a carriage and stopping exactly the assembly in the welding position by means of the positioning holes and positioning rod of the carriage. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus for producing a reinforcing trussed grider consists in assembling tentatively upper and lower chord members 1, 2 and a lattice bar 4 formed with bent parts 4a into the form of a trussed grider, fixing the assembly into the table 20 of a carriage 13 moving intermittently on rails 11 and welds the assembly by a welding machine 14. A positioning plate 23 extending in the traveling direction of the carriage 13 of the above-mentioned apparatus is attached to the lower part of the frame 15 of the carriage 13 and positioning holes 23a are provided thereto at the pitch equivalent two times the distance between the above-mentioned parts 4a. On the other hand, a cylinder 33 which operates when the carriage 13 stops in the welding position is provided to a base plate A and a positioning rod 34 consisting of a tapered part 34a reduced toward the top end and a circular columnar part 34b of the diameter fitting to the holes 32a is provided to said cylinder. The rod is inserted into the holes 32a from below, by which the positioning of the carriage 13 is accomplished. |
