PURPOSE:To prevent the clogging of a bonding agent in a supply port by a constitution wherein the end portion of the supply port is constructed of a tapered part forming a tapered section and a tubular part having the same diameter as the slender end of the tapered part and an opening at the end. CONSTITUTION:The end portion of the supply port of a a die bonding dispenser which supplies a bonding agent for fixing a semiconductor chip on a substrate is constructed of a tapered part 12 forming a section tapered toward an opening 11 and tubular part 13 which is connected to the slender end of said tapered part and has the same diameter as said slender end while having the opening 11 in the end. The inside diamter of the tubular part 13, for instance, is made to be somewhat smaller than that of a conventional one. Such a constitution enables the prevention of clogging of epoxy resin in and near the opening, and the speedy supply thereof to a prescribed place. |
