Composé de formule I qui est, par exemple le 7-(trifluoroacétyl)-amino-9a-méthoxymitosane, le 7-acétamido-9a-méthoxymitosane, le 7-(2-chloroacétyl)-amino-9a-méthoxymitosane, le 7-(méthanesulfonyl)-amino-9a-méthoxymitosane, le 7-(méthoxycarbonyl)-amino-9a-méthoxymitosane, le 7-(éthoxycarbonyl)-amino-9a-méthoxymitosane, le 7-acétyl-amino-9a-méthoxy-la-méthylmitosane, le 7-benzoylamino-9a-méthoxymitosane. Ces composés sont des substances avilitumorales qui manifestent in vivo une activité inhibitrice contres les tumeurs expérimentales chez les animaux.
