The compounds of formula I: <IMAGE> in which R1 is H or <IMAGE>, R%1 being a (C1-5)alkyl or an aryl optionally substituted by OH, (C1-5)alkyl, (C1-5)alkoxy, NO2 or halogen, R2 is H, (C1-5)alkyl, except the isobutyl radical, an aryl or an arylalkyl optionally substituted by a (C1-5)alkyl, (C1-5)alkoxy, OH, halogen or CF3, n is an integer varying from 1 or 4, R3 is H or (C1-5)alkyl, m is an integer varying from 0 to 4, R4 is H or (C1-5)alkyl, R4 not being H when R1 = <IMAGE>, and the salts of the products of formula I with bases, process for their preparation, their application as medicaments and the compositions containing them.
