It includes a centrifuging unit equipped with two interchangeable rotors. One separation rotor includes a stepped conical core 9 defining centrifuging chambers whose diameters increase from the bottom up. It is driven at a constant rate. A second rotor, for granulometric analysis, includes a single chamber. This second rotor is driven by speed increments.
